Participation in the school

The school is aimed at graduate students, post-docs and early stage researchers in the field of information theory, and in adjacent areas of electrical engineering, computer science and mathematics. It is expected that each participant will present a poster about his/her work.��

Registration fees

The early bird discounted registration is open till February 10th. After that, a full rate will be applied. The registration rates are as follows:��

The registration price includes: attendance, lunches, coffee breaks, excursion on Wednesday, a memory stick and a gift.��

Please note that in most of the cases, the price for becoming a member of the �鶹��ýAV Information Theory Society is less than the amount you will pay extra if you do not become a member . Therefore, it is recommended to check the possibility to become a member of the �鶹��ýAV Information Theory Society, and to obtain a corresponding registration fee discount.��

Cancellation policy

��

Cancellation of registration and hotel booking is possible until February 10th. In that case, the registration fee and the hotel charge will be refunded (minus 50 EUR processing charge).��

After February 10th, registration fee will not be refunded in a case of cancellation (in normal circumstances).��
