The TUM chair of communications engineering, led by Prof. Gerhard Kramer, has an opening for a post-doc position at the intersection of machine learning and coding theory.
Experience and knowledge in one or many of the following topics are desired: coding theory, distributed and federated learning, large language models, coded computing, wireless communication and data compression. Being open to exploring privacy in quantum distributed computing is a plus.
