Open position: Postdoc Fellow in Physical Layer Security for Wireless Communications

The position is for two years fixed term, and within the area of wireless communication theory.

Ìý

Candidates are expected to have a strong research profile in at least two of the following areas:

Ìý

Physical layer wireless communications, preferably with a background in physical layer security, multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communications, MIMO precoding, signal processing and a sound understanding of the information-theoretic foundations of modern communication theory, error control coding with a background in modern coding theory and iterative coding/decoding.

Ìý

The Postdoc Fellow will work with the research team at the Wireless Communications Lab, the University of New South Wales, and the research team at the Institute for Telecommunications Research (ITR), University of South Australia, Adelaide, on a joint ARC Discovery Project.

Ìý

An attractive salary package will be offered of AUD$75,618 per annum, plus employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading.
