6th Canadian Summer School on Communications and Information Theory
The Summer School is a great opportunity for graduate students to learn from the top researchers in the field, present, discuss, exchange ideas, and enjoy beautiful Banff National Park located in the heart of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Focus areas include but are not limited to:
- Ad-hoc Wireless Networks
- Channel Coding
- Channel Estimation
- Channel Modeling
- Communications SoCs
- Equalization
- Low-Power Architectures
- Multiple-Antenna Systems
- Multiuser Detection
- Synchronization
- System Implementations
- Wireless Medium Access
Professors and graduate students from universities in Canada and internationally are invited to submit two page abstracts of their current research in one of the focus areas, by June 5, 2011. Abstracts on areas different than the above are welcome and will be considered depending on their relevance. All submissions will be evaluated on the basis of
technical depth and quality of presentation of ideas.
