The Workshop on "Polar Coding in Wireless Communications: Theory and Implementation" will feature keynote lectures by Erdal Arikan, Wen Tong (Head of Huawei Wireless Research), and Ruediger Urbanke.Ìý In addition, the workshop will include sessions of contributed presentations, poster sessions, and a panel discussion.  The submission deadline for contributed papers is October 15, 2016 .Ìý
