Seventh London Symposium of Information Theory (LSIT)
The seventh London Symposium of Information Theory (LSIT) will be held on 24–26 of May 2023 at University College London, London, UK.
The symposium was rebooted in 2019 as a biennial event to continue the tradition of the historical first four editions of LSIT, which were held in London in 1950, 1952, 1955, and 1960, and were attended by the likes of Claude Shannon and Alan Turing. The fifth edition was held at King’s College London and the sixth was hosted, virtually, by Imperial College.Â
This edition, the seventh, will be a three-day fully in-person event at UCL, with each day comprising two keynotes and two invited sessions exploring the intersection between learning and information theory, as well as emerging topics in communication systems. The list of speakers / talks is available at: https://tinyurl.com/ye27btdz
