Please note that:
- both submitted and final papers will be limited toÌý5 pagesÌýin standard Â鶹´«Ã½AV conference format
- Ìýif fullÌýproofs cannot be accommodated due to space limitations, authors are encouraged to post a publiclyÌýaccessible complete paper elsewhere and to provide a specific reference
- authors should refrain fromÌýsubmitting multiple papers on the same topic
- researchers working in emerging fields of informationÌýtheory or on novel applications of information theory are especially encouraged to submit originalÌýfindings
- Â鶹´«Ã½AV reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (for example,Ìýremoval from Â鶹´«Ã½AV Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers excluded fromÌýfurther distribution will be archived at Â鶹´«Ã½AV but will not be indexed or appear in Â鶹´«Ã½AV Xplore.
