This biennial event, first held in 1990, is a leading conference in the information theory community. Authors should submit papers according to the guidelines on the conference web site:

Submissions will be selected on the basis of a full paper, reviewed by subject-matter experts. ÌýAccepted papers will appear in the symposium proceedings. To be published in the symposium proceedings and Â鶹´«Ã½AV Xplore, an author of an accepted paper must register at a non-student rate and present the paper. ÌýÂ鶹´«Ã½AV does not guarantee inclusion in Â鶹´«Ã½AV Xplore.
